Return & Exchange Policy
Return Conditions:
Manufacturing Defects: In the event of a manufacturing defect, a technical report (Certificate) from the official authorized agent confirming the defect is mandatory to process the return. Reports from unauthorized entities will not be accepted.
Original Invoice: The original purchase invoice must be presented.
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date.
Product Condition: The product and all packaging materials must be in their original condition. The item must be unused and unopened.
Refund Method: The value of the returned product will be transferred exclusively to the customer’s bank account. Cash refunds are not available.
Documentation & Accessories: All original contents, manuals, and documents must be returned in their original state.
Incomplete Items: The return request will be rejected if any part or accessory of the product is missing.
Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping the product and bearing all associated shipping and transportation fees.

Clearance Items: Products purchased during clearance or "Liquidation" sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Laser Measurement Tools: All types of laser measurement devices are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once the packaging is opened or the security seal is broken. This is due to the sensitive nature of these devices, which require precise calibration and are affected by initial operation and handling.
